So you’re finally fed up, you want to stop rugs from slipping all over the place. After a while it can become endearing. That door mat is no longer by the door, it’s like it has a mind of it’s own. But don’t worry, we have a solution to stop rugs from slipping… Check out the video below if you don’t believe it!

How to stop rugs from slippingI bet you’re excited now, aren’t you? But alas, you’ve already bought plenty of different “solutions” to stop them from moving. I guess they didn’t work. You wouldn’t be reading up on how to stop rugs from slipping otherwise, would you? We have the answer for you.

No fancy sales gimmicks here. If it doesn’t work, bring it back and get your money back. That’s how much faith we have in this product. Guess how many people have brought it back to us? You’d be wrong. Thus far, zero. Nil. Nobody has brought it back to date – touch wood.

So how does it work?

First of all, we cut the rug antislip to a size that covers the majority of your mat. It simply will not work if you want to put a strip at each end or around the border. The parts that are covered will stay where they are, but the section that isn’t covered will “ruck up” and eventually damage your mat. Therefore, we highly recommend that the majority of the mat is well covered. Take for example a mat 30″ long x 18″ wide, we would recommend for 27″ x 15″ of the area to be covered. We will happily cut it to your size if it helps.

Peel off the protective plastic layer. This is crucial – your rug will slip if you don’t remove the plastic.

If you want to stop rugs from slipping on your smooth floor, lie the rug antislip black side up and place the rug on top. Don’t worry it works on carpet too. Instead of the black side up, it goes grey side up.

That’s it. It really is that simple.
